The primary factors in the award of the contract to Cleanall were our account management strategy, our flexible approach and our understanding of the variable dynamics of the venue which require a service solution that ‘flexes’ in line with the needs of the events programme.
We also identified and have introduced equipment innovation using our supply partner Cleansweep which, in conjunction with our people centric support, has enabled our team to deliver much improved and consistent standards since we began our service delivery earlier in the year.
Alistair Clayton, Commercial Director, commented ‘’We are hugely delighted with this award – Liverpool Philharmonic is an iconic destination and to be entrusted with its cleaning service is a testament to our highly professional, innovative approach which coupled with our strong customer service focus and support management ethos will deliver the service levels required by the client.’’
