James now has over 25 years' experience within the facility services Industry and having held numerous Senior Management positions, James is a well-respected shareholder / member of the senior team.
Since starting his own company and more recently merging with Cleanall to form Aston Services Group, he has maintained a hands on approach to leading and developing the strategy, by putting the staff and customer needs, at the forefront of the business performance.
A positive thinking and disciplined individual, he brings to the table excellent leadership, organisational, decision making and communication skills.
Away from work James is a dedicated family man with one daughter. He has a passion for motorsport and racing cars around the UK and Germany, on various track day events.
Alistair has a wide range of experience across a broad spectrum of sectors. His passion lies primarily in the retail and leisure industry along with the development of multi-site portfolios.
Alistair is a straightforward and open individual who firmly believes in providing the client with the service they have bought and being there for his customers after the 'deal' has been done. His long-standing relationships with his customers are testimony to this approach and commitment.
In his mid forties Alistair is being kept on his toes by his long suffering wife and young children though still manages to fit in playing rugby for Bury, albeit at a much slower and more injury prone pace!!
